Background


Kendall Aquilla aka Gravitas is an Atlantean mutant capable of controlling/manipulating forces of Gravity and absorb/transfer Kinetic energy.

Born in New Atlas City in Atlantis, she is the identical twin sister of Kendra who were the children of the heroes Antilles and Amara Aquilla of Atlantis. For many years Antilles and Amara fought for Atlantis during WWII. Atlantis flourished and became a Utopia. However there was a sect that opposed the leadership despite the accomplishments of Antilles and Amara. Kendra and Kendalls half sister Kalindra is the daughter of Ven and Alura Karr Queen of Dragonov a Eastern Europian colony of Atlantis. After the assassination of her mother, Ven raised her in Atlantis and she became their sister.
The House of T`Larr sought to usurp control and make Atlantis an Empire like it was 10,000 years ago. Vens brother Rolento sought the throne and sided with the House of T`Larr then began a Civil War to to take control of the island.
When Kendall and Kendra became 5 years old, Antilles and Amara, fearing the twins might be used as pawns or hostages by either Rolento or the House of T`Larr, decided to to leave Atlantis in order to have them live on the surface until the Civil War was over. Amara watches over the twins as she is the Vice President Oracle Industries a company that Antilles formed to clean the oceans and fight whale poaching and protection of sharks and other endangered sea life.

On the surface, The twins are opposites even at an early age, Kendall is arrogant and aggressive and never really liked being on the surface while Kendra is not but does have a temper. The twins went to school together and Kendall made sure to pick on Kendra any chance she got. Despite her torture of her, Kendra is an A student but unfortunately had few friends while Kendall had a band of followers that stood by her side as she was very athletic.
Fate played a hand to both twins when they became 13. Kendall was already a handful for their parents because of her arrogance and superiority but one day, Kendall crossed the line by being expelled for instigating a fight in school. During a heated argument with Kendra she manifested her mutant powers. She grasps two jocks that were picking on them inside a gravity field and twisted their bodies, crushing every bone in their bodies after absorbing their kinetic energy. Kendra saw this and manifested her electrical powers and shot her with lightning before telling her to stop.  Kendall became frustrated wuth Kendra and released them only after she said they should stand together but then changed her mind when Kendra refused her and said 'She wasnt worth her time' and left school and home.

Kendall soon met up with Amanda Fuller and she became her mentor that helped focus her tremendous powers. She revealed to her that she was part of a terrorist group called the 5th Column and helped her to become a Sect Leader with her guidance. Kendra meanwhile at 14 she met with her parents friend and ally the heroine FireBlaze and she began her destiny as a heroine while Kendall began her destiny as a conqueror under the guidance of Amanda Fuller who taught her how to fully control her powers.

She rose through the ranks of the 5th Column and became its youngest Sect Leader while Kendra became the heroine known as Ms.Blitzen under the guidance of Maddie Malone aka FireBlaze. Kendall soon lost her mentor Amanda in a fire fight to recover components for a machine she plans to build called the Weather Dominator in order for her to seize control of the United States. However it needed one more vital component; a power source she gladly needed, the electrical powers of her twin,Kendra!

Kendall purposely left a trail for both FireBlaze and Ms.Blitzen to follow. Maddie went in first but was soon ambushed as she was fighting 5th Column mecha-bots, Kendall absorbed her kinetic energy and used her as bait. Kendra arrived to help out but was also ambushed. Kendall had her stripped and placed on the weather dominator.
When she turned it on, Kendras powers drove the machine but it also drew out her lifeforce. Angered, Maddie soon regained her strength back and freed herself. She battled Kendall in order to free Kendra from the machine.
When Maddie freed her, Emily sadly revealed to her mentor that Kendall is her twin sister. She feared that if she told her this, Maddie might abandon her which the older heroine told her she would never do.
She battled Kendall and as he hurled gravity fields at her, Maddie managed to dodge them then slows her down with her smoke. Kendall was relentless but offers Maddie to join her and the 5th column. If she does she`ll consider having Kendra join with her too. The older heroines flatly refused and told her to go to hell while Kendra absorbed her bioelectric aura enabling Maddie to hurl fireballs at her. She then called to Kendra to finish her off but she froze. She couldn`t bring herself to kill Kendall despite all the humiliation and torment she caused her. She was still her sister and deep down she loves her. Maddie however chooses to put an end to Kendras misery using her nova burst which singes her instantly.


6 years have passed and Kendra has become a strong proud heroine under Maddies guidance and soon they moved to Angel Falls. In a test of wills to ensnare Kendra to do his bidding, the Dark Lord Xeranad Lekard reserrected Kendall with Necromancy and Dark Magic. She battled Kendra again to weaken her Will to the point of taking his offer of power but the Dark lords daughter Aria saves Kendra from the temptation. Kendall in turn must do Xeranads bidding. She was reunited with her half sister Kalindra and together they sought to usurp the throne of Atlantis from Ven and Alura Karr


Powers/Abilities


Kendall can manipulate and control the forces of Gravity which are extremely powerful.

* Gravitas can levitate objects by making them float at Zero G. She can control the duration of this field and if she uses it on human targets the person can float all the way to the upper atmosphere. This field is so fine tune she can levitate something as small as a pin to a city or the whole planet itself if she concentrates.
* Using Gravity fields Kendall can grasp multiple targets bend and twist them into different shapes. She can also crush objects and targets with this G-force field and also grasp multiple targets and objects as well as a city or the planet.

*Kendall uses gravitomic force as an aura and forcefield which protects her from gunfire and small rockets.

*She can fire beams of gravity form short,medium and longe range the beams have the force of a wormhole and he can even snipe with it when he forms a concentrated blast.
* Gravitas can increase the density of objects and targets by suing G forces to increase their weight. Usually the density is that of the force of Jupiter or the Earth itself. Superpowered targets cannot be able to move. Even the vast strength of Soviet-Superwoman and Walkira are unable to break free from this field.
* She can create a wormhole of G forces that can suck any object and either hold that object or repels them the wormhole can be dissipated.
* Kendall has an aura of gravatomic energy that repulses most gunfire . She can increase the field to repel larger projectiles
* The dangerous aspect of Kendalls Gravity powers is her ablitiy to create an orb of Gravamental power called a singularity. This orb is much like Kendras Voltaic Sentinels but unlike her Fluffies, This orb is much more powerful as it has its own gravity field and can increase the density of targets holding them in place. It will remain in place until Gravita dismisses it or she loses focus.
*By manipulating the Gravity around her, Kendall can fly at the top speed is Mach 5


Kendall is a skilled streetfighter and has been taught kickboxing.
She also has superstrength capable of lifting 20 tons.
