SilverStars Amazonia Cosplay

After talking with Emily, Sarah watches as she flies off to Hyper Con.
She knows she has to see Colleen and Becky but is procrastinating.
"Hmm.I can fly over there in minutes but I`ll walk instead" she thought as she does exactly that since Colleen and Beckys apartment isn`t too far from Emilys own.
"I can just imagine what sort costume those two will want me to wear this year! Still, I did have a good time last year in the days I went dressed as Soviet-Superwoman!"
She muses while walking along the West Side which is pleasant weather wise.


Angel Falls West End- Colleen and Beckys Apartment


"No stretch! N.O. spells NO! I am NOT going to Hyper Con dressed an Ewok so don`t even think of bringing it up or I`ll make you thirsty for a week!"
Rebecca 'Becky' Matsura aka Blue Tide says while waving her hands.
"Aww why not Squish? You`d be cute  looking like a teddy bear!" Colleen Del Gado aka Coil, her best friend and room mate says in a cute voice then bats her eyes.
"Please if you want to hug a 'teddy bear' go pester Sausage and his friends. I`m sure they`d LOVE to have you squish them between your boobs! Besides I hate the Ewoks and don`t get me started with Jar-Jar! Any good Star Wars fan would agree with me on that!" She says as Colleen sticks her tongue at her.

"You`re such a buzz kill Becky. Say if I go to Guardian Hall and ask him, would Cedric let me take Sausage to Hyper Con?" she asks as Becky puts on her usual Goth outfit.
"Probably not Stretch, Sausage is Cedrics pal from what I heard. Plus, like I said there are other 'Teddy bears' like him now. Maybe one of them would take a liking to you" Becky says as she puts on her eyeshadow and eyeliner.

The doorbell rings and Colleen stretches over "Who might that be?" she teasingly calls out. "Open up Colleen!! You know who it is" Sarah says outside as Colleen laughs.
Becky sighs then opens the door after biffing the elastic girl over her head.
Sarah grins as she walks in.

"Hi Sarah. Glad you can make it" The Aqua girl says then smiles after hugging the Apache/Calamarian.
"I ran into Emily before coming here she went ahead to Hyper-Con dressed as Maddie" she explains.
"Wow! Emilys cosplaying as Maddie?! That`s cool!" Colleen says excitedly.
"I think it`s really nice of her to do that. Maddie has beeen a heroine for what? 25-30 years?" Becky points out as Sarah nods.
"Yeah she has, soo, what are you guys planning to have me go as this year? The Chiracahua Apache inquires.
Colleen smiles widely "That`s the surprise Pocahontas!"
Sarah arches her eyebrow at her. "What do you mean?"
Becky biffs Colleen again. "We`re going to Eden Island at Farnsworths to get it Sarah" she explains

"Farnsworths?!" Guys their costumes are nicely done but expensive" Sarah protests. Colleen rolls her eyes "Duhh We put our money together and were able to find one that`s right up your alley" she winks.
"Guys I`m flattered but you really dont have to go out of your way to do this" The Apache/Calamarian points out.
Becky places her hand on her shoulder,"Sarah, Cosplay is one of my hobbies. I enjoy anime too and dressing in costumes sometimes makes me feel 'at home' so to speak. You know how shy I am. That`s why we brought you with us to Hyper-Con last year so we can all have a good time together" the Goth Aqua girl explains.

Sarahs eyes widens "Great now I feel like a heel! I`m sorry Becky. I didn`t know how much this meant for you." she hugs the Aqua Girl and continues, "I`ll be glad to wear whatever costume you picked for me. Although I hope it`s Soviet-Superwoman again"

"Unfortunately that costume sold out as well as the Prodigy costume but I`m sure you`ll be pleased with the costume I found for you" Becky grins happily.
"Well then let`s head over there so I can be surprised!" Becky and Colleen both smile as the three friends all head out to Eden Island.


Farnsworths- Eden Island-ten minutes later


After a rather pleasant fly over, the heroines make it to Farnsworths where Becky is greeted by Francis La Fleure.
"Ahh Miss Rebecca it is a pleasure to see you" he says pleasantly as Becky smiles
"Hi Francis. Oh I like to introduce you to my friend Sarah Greywolf. She`ll be wearing the costume I reserved." she says
"Yes of course. How can I forget SilverStar! The costume is ready. I`ll go get it then you can try it on" he says excitedly and goes to the the reserve room.

"Hey you didnt tell me who you two will be going as" Sarah says.
"Ohh don`t worry Pocahontas we`ll be turning heads this year. Just watch!" Colleen says and sticks out her tongue.
Francis comes out with a box. "Miss Greywolf here is your costume. I`ll leave it by the dressing room for you" He says and places the open box by the dressing room door.
"Thank you Mr. Flower!" Colleen says obnoxiously.
He arches his eyebrow  "My name is La Fleure Miss DelGado" then walks over to the front desk.
Becky ignores the Elastic Girls antics and reaches into the box.
"Sarah why dont you come into the dressing room and close your eyes" she suggests.
She rolls her eyes."Okay Becky. Sounds wierd, but I`ll bite. I really don`t know what the big secret is. I`m probably going as American Mom"
"Dont peak til you come out Sarah" she says and hands her friend the 'mysterious' costume.

Three minutes later, Sarah comes out still keeping her eyes closed.
"Can I open my eyes now?" she asks frustratingly as Becky helps her out. "You can" She says with a smile.
The Apache/Calamarian opens them and is amazed; She is wearing the costume of the Guardian and famous heroine, Stunning Gomez aka. Amazonia!

"SURPRISE!! TAA DAAA!!! What do you think?! Colleen and Becky both shout in unison.
Sarah still can`t beleive her eyes as she looks in the mirror and sees that the costume not only fits like a glove but she looks exotic in it.
"Guys! Wow! I can`t believe it! You outdid yourselves!" she says as she twirls in the costume and mirror as Colleen whistles.Sarah hugs them both.
"Thanks guys! she says with tears of joy.
"I`m happy you like it Sarah" the aqua Girl says and goes over to Francis.
"I take it everything is well Miss Rebecca?" He says with a wide grin.
"Yes Francis. Sarah is going to wear it and break it in if you don`t mind"
"But of course a Farnsworth original is made to be broken in" as he rings up the costume. "You are a valued customer Miss Rebecca so I will give you a discount" He says and winks.
"Thanks Francis but you don`t have to" The Deputy Leader of the Dynamic Five says
"I inisist Miss Rebecca" Francis says as Becky nods and pays him in cash.
He smiles as he hands her change then the three friends leave and head to Down Town.

"So where are we off to now?" Sarah asks.
"Well I got to get a wig for my costume" Becky says
"While Squish is doing that, We`re gonna head to Sam and Cass` Boutique. You can`t be Amazonia with those silver streaks of yours Sarah! Plus I need a dye job too!" Colleen says with a grin.
"Yeah You`re right about that Stretch" Sarah says as Becky nods. "I`ll se you at the Boutique in a bit" then heads over to the Mall.


Sam and Cass` Boutique- Downtown Angel Falls- 15 minutes later


Sam smiles as Colleen lands and walks in.
"Hey guys! How`s it going?! she shouts
"We`re doing good Colleen. We saw Emily about an hour ago. She had a style and dye job to look like Maddie" Cass says with a grin.

Sams eyes widens when Sarah steps in. "Oh my god! Amazonia! Cass! Look! It`sfreakin Amazonia!" she says excitedly to her partner.
Cass spits her bottled water "Oh my God! Oh my God!" she says excitedly and nervously.

Sarah smiles widely. "Sam! Cass! It`s ME Sarah! SilverStar!" she says happily.
"SilverStar?! Oh geez! It IS you! Here I thought it was the real Amazonia for a moment!"  Sam says then smiles.

Cass whistles "That`s an awesome costume Sarah! you look just like her bythe way! I take it you`re heading over to Hyper Con huh?" she asks eventhough she knows that`s exactly what she`s going to do.
Sarah nods "Yep, but before we do I need you to dye my hair all black" she says.

Cass grins "Of course Sarah. Do you want it trimmed too?"
Sarah shakes her head "No not this year Cass" the Apache points out then sits down as Cass smiles and prepares the black dye.
Then she washes Sarahs hair. "Your hair is just as soft and beautiful as Emilys is Sarah!" she complements

"Thanks Cass! the Apache /Calamarian winks. "So Colleen? What can I do for you?" Sam asks.
"Sam I need a dye job too. Can you make my hair all black?" the Elastic Girl asks.
Sam nods."No problem Colleen. But are you sure aobut that?" the Goth stylist asks.
"Yeah I need my hair black for the costume I got" she explains.
"I see, so who are you going as?' Sam asks as she washes the Elastic Girls hair after taking off her smiley raspberry headband. She then prepares the black dye.


"I might as well tell you. You all know who Plastic Man is right? Well I`m going as Plastic GIRL!" She winks.
Sarah glances over to her. "That`s a cool concept Colleen. So you got the red costume,  the black and yellow belt and white goggles?' she asks.
"Yep got it all yesterday with Becky" the Elasitc Girl replies as Cass prepares to dye her blood red hair  blue black.
"Sounds awesome Colleen!" she says with a grin as Colleen winks at her.
While both Sam and Cass dye Sarah and Colleens hair black, Becky comes into the Boutique holding a large bag.


"Hey Squish! You found the wig you needed?" Colleen asks.
"Yeah took some time but I was able to get the last one" The Aqua Girl say as she sits down and waits for her friends.
"Hi Becky! Sam and Cass both call out to her in unison as they continue dyeing SilverStar and Coils hair.
Becky smiles "Thanks Sam. Thanks Cass" she blushes.
"So Becky tell me who are you going as?" Sarah calls out to her.
The Aqua Girl grins "You`ll find out when we get to Hyper-Con Sarah! I want my costume to be a surprise as well! Who says two people can`t be the hit of Hyper Con?" she points out.

Sam nods "Yeah that would be awesome Becky! Sarah was a hit last year" Sam says as she rinses Sarahs hair, then starts to blow dry it.
"Exactly. This year, both Sarah and I are going to rock the Hyper Con Sam!" Becky says confidently with a thumbs up.


After twenty minutes, Sam and Cass are done. "Rockin Cass! Sarah as Colleen high fives Sam "you`re the best babe!" she grins.
As Becky  goes over to the register to pay for their job well done,
Sam says "Don`t worry aobut it. Emily made sure that whatever you wanted done, it was on HER"
Cass nods. "Yes she made sure to tell you if you came by"
Becky has tear in her eye "Emilys a great friend. Here you go guys you two are Awesome! she says and leaves both a nice tip!
Sam and Cass grin. "Thanks alot Becky you all have fun at Hyper con okay?" Sam calls out.
"Hell yeah Sam!" Colleen says then smiles and exits the Boutique.


Outside Sarah is ready for Hyper con and thistime she`s excited. "So I guess I`ll head on over then. Will you be there?" she asks
Becky winks. "Yep we`ll see you there after we get ready"
Sarah hugs the Aqua Girl "Thanks again Becky" she says sfotly.

"Knock em dead Sarah or at least til WE get there!" Colleen says as Becky biffs her.
The Apache/Calamarian smiles "You guys! Don`t worry. I`ll keep the place warm for you"
She gives her friends a thumbs up then takes off to the Convention Center.



Hyper Con Convention Center- ten minutes later



Sarah arrives at Hyper-Con and like last year, she turns heads with her Amazonia costume. Alot of people swarm over to her asking her if she really IS Amazonia.
They are in shock when she tells them, "No I`m not Amazonia. I`m SilverStar!"
They still ask for her autograph anyway as even women tell her she looks beautiful in the costume.

"Wow this is actually great! I can`t beleive I didn`t want to come here last year!Thank goodness I did! This is fun!" she muses as Eve comesover to her.
"Silverstar! hi how areyou! you look great as Amazonia!" she says to her as she runs up to her.
"Hey! Hi Eve! Thanks! Sarah hugs her friend as Eve smiles and quickly takes a picture with her.
"So are you here by yourself Eve?" SilverStar asks.
Eve rolls her eyes "no I came with Joey and of course he`s with his crew!" she points to her brother and his pals and girlfriends as they are annoying of all people Emily!

"Sarah chuckles, "They keep busting Emilys chops like that,they`re going to be sorry!" She sings the last words as Eve laughs.
"Oh well! Aint that just too bad!" she says then sticks her tongue out as Sarah smiles widely as she sees Emily biffs Joey as his pals look on in shock and Frank chastises him.
"Dammit Joey cant you watch what you say?! he shouts.


As the embarssing scene plays on Sarah sees a familar face walk up to her.
"Ms. Spencer! I didn`t expect to see youhere. How are you?" she asks almost nervously. Eve grins, "Mom likes to go to Cons to plug the Rambling Rose Wrestling Federation Sarah" She explains.
"I still can`t believe how much she looks like Maddie! If she cosplayed as PhyreFrost she would definitely win" She thought.

June Spencer, Sarahs professor and Eves mother is dressed in her wrestling leotard and boots "Miss Greywolf. Or should I say, SilverStar. Pleased to see you again. You look great as Amazonia. You have an almost uncanny likeness" she complements.

"Thank you Ms.Spencer" she blushes.
"Yes. I came here last year to plug the Rambling Rose circuit and Hyper Con is a good medium to draw new fans" June explains.
"That`s good to know Ms.Spencer. Good luck with your promotional" Sarah says.
June nods "Thank you and I wish you luck with the Costume Contest" the Wrestling Champion gives her a thums up as Eve takes another picture.

Sarah smiles as her day at Hyper-Con is going to be a blast!
